What should I prepare before the shoot?
We’ll provide a detailed brief before the shoot, including:
- Wardrobe or styling suggestions
- Locations and props (if required)
- Any materials or content needed from your side
Preparing in advance ensures smooth execution and the best results.
Can the shoot be rescheduled?
Yes, but rescheduling is subject to availability. Please refer to our Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy for timing and fees.
How are the photos and videos delivered?
Edited photos and video cuts are delivered digitally through a secure link.
Delivery timelines are confirmed per project.
What happens if the client is late or unavailable?
Shoot schedules are set in advance. If a client is late or unavailable without prior notice, it may impact the shoot outcome and timing. Fees may apply in accordance with our Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy.
What if I want to change the strategy or positioning during the project?
We’re happy to adapt when possible. However, significant changes in direction, positioning, or content strategy after the project has started may require a scope reassessment and potential adjustment of fees or timeline.
How many revisions are included?
Minor revisions are included within the agreed scope. Major changes or full direction shifts may be treated as additional work.
Who invoices the services?
DOS Content is a collaboration of independent creative professionals. Services are invoiced by the freelancer responsible for the project.
